1) The "life begins at conception" idea would generate HUGE government overreach (which violates the right's own supposed principles). Unenforceable, silly, will go down in flames. I'm thinking it may settle into the "0.08 of sex" which may be "life begins at fetal heartbeat", perhap 8 weeks (this for better or worse)

2) This Supreme Court pretty much already decided to "privatize" climate change, I don't see that working entirely.

3) I believe we need to limit Civil Rights protections to race and gender, call it a day (& hope for free market and educational opportunity solutions). Otherwise, it gets very complicated. The "right" perhaps wants "no Civil Rights legislation"?

4) I believe with schools and social welfare, public/private cooperation a virtue. A $1500 private school voucher, for instance, seems reasonable, as does perhaps giving some block grants to church charities. Does the scary right want to do away with government sponsored schools/social services altogether? Not sure.

I believe we would all want less government overreach, but the right is inconsistent on this front...they are clearly about to overreach on regulating childbirth, drugs, and LGBT, if not to create an onerous police/military state w vigilante style militias. Let's hope moderates prevail.
