A better measure of how long you're likely to live in a given society is called "modal longevity", which is the most common age at death. In Western societies, it is currently around 85 yrs, in "accultured hunter gatherers" (based upon a study of Sweden in the 1700s) about 74, and primitive hunter gatherers about 67. These numbers were estimated by the researchers' census of graves (and corrects for infant deaths). I suppose the hunter-gatherer has advantages in exercise and "paleo diet", but suffers from more accidental death, bad access to health care (mostly a lack of antibiotics/vaccines), fluctuations in environment.
