This seems a worldwide battle between Democratic self-determination and Nationalistic brute-strength (I'm watching Zelensky's "Servant of the People"). I'm thinking that all Nations should require free elections/8 year term limits/peaceful transfer of power, under threat of economic isolation/UN removal.
