...and the salt.

I'm a senior, learning that if one wants to reduce salt intake, avoid processed food and restaurants. Apparently, those two are in the business of creating sugar and salt addicts. Your best bet is fresh produce, dairy (minus processed cheese), and unprocessed meat.
