Congrats on the optimistic future vision. I write about these things and get so much gloom and doom from far-right and far-left (often w scant logic, I guess its their coping mechanis). However:

1) As you say, many elements of clean energy are ahead of schedule. Even the weaknesses (like lack of renewable storage) are rapidly being addressed. Investors are onboard and much of this stuff may now be MAGA-proof.

2) Food-I wrote that if trends hold, energy will be cheaper/cleaner, which will allow fruits/veggies to be grown in hothouses everywhere, decreasing meat/dairy dependence, improving habitat. This is part of overal ag efficiencies and population declines that bode well for environment.

3) War-It seems the world is rapidly approaching a kind of "aggression stalemate" (ie missiles vs anti-missiles, nuclear stalemates, etc) which force us all into these sort of "Cold War" things, quite effective actually. Meanwhile, Democracy is growing, while we seem to be addressing our own "Democratic dirty laundry" (overentitlement, overlapping rights, too-much free speech/ie lying, too much PC, etc)

4) Despite much Medical gloom and doom, it would seem that science realizations, lifestyle changes, vaccines, and other interventions, are on the verge of allowing us all to live to age 100?
