Good that you are still taking on the Medical/Pharmacological hierachy. I also follow a Doctor who writes safe articles like "Does Sleep Reverse Alzheimers" etc (Zzzzzz). He'd never take on his own establishment. The general rules are:

1) As my father said "God heals and the Doctor collects the fee"

2) Since its becoming well known that extraneous elements such as Blue Zone diet/lifestyles, vaccines, clean air & water are the make or breaks, should the hospital be renamed the "center of unnecesary moneymaking procedures"

3) LDL etc probably more an accidental marker for inflammation, Statins perhaps like many other things (often much cheaper) that reduce inflammation? I'm waiting for the day when the reduction in heart attack/stroke is proved to be Blue Zone related so Doctors can stop patting themselves on the back.

4) I don't want to be too hard on Doctors, but funny how they fought full body scans by others yet they scanned the heck out of glands in the past 30 years, subsequently hacking them up unnecessarily (it turns out) because of false positives.

5) Indeed, good health may often go through "avoiding the doctor", who mostly comes in at end of life to give you an unnecessary surgery and a giant happy pill.
