Good treatment of subject many don't like to discuss. I agree with the responder that said it would be crazy for Putin to use TNs (given the response from the rest of the world), but nobody ever said he was sane. If he used TNs in Ukraine, it might be the pretext for a NATO attack on Russia in hopes of regime change, considering the treaty breech (perhaps a "humane" one, not using TNs). Of course if Putin were to use nuclear ICBMs anywhere it would be a full-on tit for tat, and I suppose Putin knows the West has him outgunned. I'm kind of thinking (along with everyone else) that aside from all the bluster, Russia's tech has also proven to be rather suspect.
