I agree that Russia and China almost have no other path forward, ultimately, than democracy and cooperation with the rest of the world. The U.S. is scaring me because even with all their advantages, they seem to get arrogant (and currently are a threat to turn on each other). Fortunately, there is always those two giant reset buttons, recession and war, that seem to snap us back into our senses.
