I agree with some of the others, though they may have inefficient ground troops, they seem to be frightfully good at levelling cities, perhaps due partly to a world that has let them go too far, after the patterns were set in Chechnya and Syria. Agreed also they tend to use brute force w little regard for human lives (even their own). Let's hope China or some more rational actors can talk some sense into them re: bad nuclear weapon potentials.
