I believe the science of knowing cause/effect of various genetic markers and ability to "correct" errant genes (or other effective remedies such as mRNA) needs to get better before we start scaring people at age 30 with things like mastectomies as solutions. We are already reeling from the negative effects of "false positives" in colons, prostates, breasts, and thyroids. Give it maybe until 2035, then screen genetically (and do bloodwork) when folks are at least 40 so as not to give them a lifetime of worry.
