I have over 500 60s & 70s vinyl records, plus I managed to squirrel away the best of my father's collection from 30s-60s (Mom threw the rest out). Fortunately one son is a DJ and vinyl-phile. I still have a box of CDs somewhere, but I regret throwing out most of my 8 tracks! I must've skipped over the cassette era, for the most part, all in all a dizzying array of music media, from 78s to MP3s! (and don't forget Victrolas, wire and tape recorders, all of which we still have)
