I have to believe the "Civil War" soldiers on the right will be more the Proud Boy & other foaming at the mouth Fascist Militant groups. The Josh Hawleys/ Ted Cruzes/Avg armchair Fox Newsers are amping up gun use but probably milking it for votes or to be cool. Its hard to see anything more than a much larger and better-armed version of Jan 6th happening (rather disorganized and unclear on goals), instead of a coherent military challenge (which would probably require a lot of military and police assistance that they probably won't get). At that point (and when most Republicans fully understand the militant far-right's love of Putin and danger to rule of law) many Republicans/Evangelicals may come to their senses?
