I never eat sugar, packaged foods, nor drink juice or soft drinks. My problem is bread and potatoes. Conventional wisdom is that a whole potato (w skin) or whole grain bread is ok, but I'd imagine the final result in your body is a pretty good slug of sugar w little fiber to slow it down. Many low carb alternatives now, but I'm sure getting sick of cauliflower!
