Originally, Sildenafil was invented as a pulmonary arterial hypertension drug. It is rumored also to be an anti-inflammatory and to help combat Nocturia. Apparently, opening up those aging, constricted blood vessels does wonders! I'd imagine that women might start taking the stuff soon?
