Interesting though that Egypt and Jordan don't like Hamas either, and Saudi Arabia was almost allied with Israel (as hedge against Iran). I'm not an expert, but it would seem that the Arab world may dislike Iran-Hezbollah-Houthis-Hamas even more than Israel (possibly along Sunni-Shiite lines, although Hamas is Sunni, just ISIS-like and annoying). I'm guessing that there are at least 3 axes of Islam developing, Turkic-Iranian-Arabic (N Africans possibly a 4th?), with Arabs leaning West, even though they used to be Israel's traditional enemies. Larger scheme, I suppose Palestinians need to cast their lot with Arabs, not Iranians. Also, Israel allied w Turkic proxy Azerbaijan, and Armenians very mad at Israelis over this. I was in Israel in July on 2nd visit, lots of boasting about how they don't need NATO handlers, but THEY REALLY NEED THEIR NATO HANDLERS. Interesting also that at the time of the First Crusades, Middle Eastern Jews-Christians-Muslims all got along (pretty much like Mormons, Catholics, Baptists get along here). What happened?
