Is Russia playing both sides in Armenian-Azerbaijan Nagoro-Kabakh conflict (with a tilt towards Azerbaijan) in order to strengthen its hand in both? We were in Armenia in '19, it seems the only play of those small countries (unfortunately) is to cooperate with Russia.
