It may be too late to switch out Biden, we may need to make the best of things:

1) He is an incumbent

2) He has a competent staff, successful policies

3) He's running against a 78 yr old who makes as many mistakes, plus is a Fascist who seeks to end Democracy

4) Biden has a history of stutters and gaffes, but if you, me or anyone else tried to memorize the names of all countries and their leaders past and present (and then recall them instantly), it would be difficult. I think he's trying to push back against the "Joe's losing it" thread, trying to do too much. Read from the teleprompter, Joe!

5) He seems to be pretty actively doing his job as of late, with some forceful sound bites. All pre-Alzheimer's Reagan managed to say in '84 was "there you go again", but it worked.

6) He may need to switch out K Harris, perhaps with a Susan or Condi Rice-like person.

7) With centrists worried about far-right and far-left, he seems to be gobbling up independent votes. I suppose half of the 30% of Republicans for Haley may be going for Joe.
