My take, in order of importance

1) EXERCISE-incorporates gardening, sunshine

2) CALORIC RESTRICTION-incorporates plant heavy, nuts, legumes, turmeric, whole grains, fava beans, etc. Diet is a vast and tricky subject, possibly incidental to EXERCISE, but CALORIC RESTRICTION may be a misnomer as many struggle to get enough calories to survive.

3) FAMILY VALUES AND FRIENDS-incorporates faith, healthy social circle, culturally isolated, likability, no time urgency, social engagement, empowered women (and your mindfulness?)

4) NO SMOKING LITTLE DRINKING

5) CLEAN ENVIRONMENT-incorporates clean air. I added this one

A haha might be that you never see "frequent sex" in the Blue Zone charts...this must be part of a LITTLE DRINKING, EXERCISE, FAMILY VALUES AND FRIENDS?

You've added sleep, I tend to include this as incidental to EXERCISE, CALORIC RESTRICTION (possibly some others) but not true for everyone.

Surely Dr. Hunter, you have many more great Blue Zone commentaries to come...good food for thought!
