Nice! The big question now is, how do these 5 substances work in concert? And what are the doses? (these last two questions may take awhile for science to answer). From what I've read, resveratrol and turmeric (curcumin) have relatively low bioavailability (hard to get your body to do significant uptake), Metformin seems something most seniors should take, Rapamycin not yet clear on safe dosage (too much may dangerously compromise immune system?). I don't know much about NAC. I've read that Ashwagandha and Glucosamine sort of mimic Metformin. There are lots of natural mTOR inhibitors (what Rapamycin does) including teas, coffees, cinnamon, turmeric (cinnamon or turmeric tea, anyone?). Exercise and high fiber diet must be prominent in anti-aging, a few statins, NSAIDs and Sildenafils don't hurt? I'm 66, doing 7 hrs exercise per week, 30 gm fiber, 80 gm protein/day, 500 mg Metformin/Ashwagandha /Glucosamine plus 500 mg Vit C & D, 1000 mg Niacin, occasional ibuprofen, sildanafil, cinnamon/turmeric tea and I feel great! In addition to these methods/substances, medicine may soon be able to selectively "turn off" deleterious rogue immune agents https://scottvern.medium.com/the-rogue-immune-system-hall-of-fame-29bd81044152
