Reminds me of a homeless guy who used to stand in front of UC Berkeley campus in 70s repeating things like "Stratospheric capacitance....cosmological frequency interference...intergalactic inhibition...WeeeeOooooh! " (Said to have been an ex-UCB Physics prof that went over the top). Enjoyed the article, weird/funny that button-down Dan Rather the victim, lots of mentally ill out there, but I'd still like to know, Kevin, what IS the frequency?
