A Large Armenian-Caucasus Region Buffer State for Defense and Genocide Prevention?

In keeping with my tradition of wearing everyone out with novel political ideas, the highly ambitious Nation of GAKKA is proposed (Georgia-Armenia-Kurdistan-Krasnodar Krai-Assyria). It would be a sort of second-coming of contrived Middle Eastern countries like Israel, Iraq, and Lebanon, yet this concept is not without precedent or merit. Aside from alienating powerful Turkey, Russia, and Azerbaijan (and possibly triggering WW III…alright, the downside), it may head off genocides, Russian expansions, and house Western-friendly NATO military installations. It might also link up with the Ukraine to provide a Black Sea buffer (which Russia will hate, but I guess this whole idea assumes Russia loses the Ukrainian War and collapses). Turkey and Azerbaijan will absolutely hate it too, but what have they done for us lately?

Behold, the new Nation of GAKKA (Georgia-Armenia-Kurdistan-Krasnodar Krai-Assyria). Of course Turkey-Russia-Azerbaijan will hate us for this, but they hate us anyway (while we’re always being called upon to clean up their messes). This new country would encompass several historic empires while nearly linking them with historic Kievan-Rus

History: Each of these regions were once Empires of sorts, and more or less where East met West. They were generally at the front doors of the Byzantine Empire for many years, fighting off Turkic and Mongol invaders. At times, they were part of the Persian Empire. For the most part, these regions are populated by Middle Eastern Christians. The Kurds are the exception, being mostly Sunni Muslims, yet they are heavily influenced by Zoroastrianism (no, they don’t worship Zorro), and Sufism
