I've been studying Medieval warfare recently in anticipation of a July visit to England, just discovered a site listing participants in 1300s "100 Years War", some my ancestors. I've visited Hastings and Bannockburn (great museum), about to visit Assandun, Colchester Siege, Maldon, Verulamium. If I ever get to France again, Tours and Catalaunian Plains.
