Thanks. Couldn't you also say then, that regardless of the "diet that you're on", that pro inflammatory foods like sugar and fatty meats tend to promote cancers, and low inflammatory foods such as high fiber fruits/veggies, legumes (possibly lean meats) are more cancer neutral? I'm guessing that the only "no cancer diet" is water, pure fiber, and fasting since even with the best diets, our aging/survival/mTOR clock produces some inflammatory/cancer risk?
