Thanks! I'm a bit biased, telling my boys after milking our family cow that they were "8th generation dairy". I've seen with my own eyes how milk creates healthy creatures (which makes sense since Nature has programmed it to do that). My late wife was a labor and delivery nurse, on a campaign for natural childbirth and at least 8 months of breastfeeding, the health benefits are HUGE as apparently milk = healthy gut biome = healthy immune system (makes me wonder if the lactose intolerant didn't get Mom's milk). I get that too much dairy may be bad in old age, we all need to eat more veggies, etc but as my dairy Vet father once said in the 70s "our ancestors mostly ate meat and dairy, and most lived into their 90s". Of course many factors at work but milk is great probiotic, cholesterol perhaps misunderstood, turns out saturated fat is good, etc.
