Thanks, not many articles for older lifters. As you said, quite a drop off in muscle mass from 70-80 (plus judging from other seniors, many don't work out that much). I just turned 67, I work out 7 hrs/wk, swimming, hiking, rowing, lifting. Taking protein supplements, so far a comfortable regimen yet I can see its harder to build muscle mass and slim waist at my age. Some talk of "hormone replacement" but I don't want to go there...
