It pretty much says you can choose to be skinny and live a long life, build muscle and have a shorter but higher quality life (I guess the happy medium would be skinny with muscles?) I have been suspecting this and it adds to the "there are many reciprocal processes in the body" theory (including the "aging process may protect somewhat against cancer" given the telomere info, etc) I am curious what you think about all this!
