That Trump didn't have a clue about a National energy policy was evident when he picked Texas dum-dum Rick Perry to be his Energy Secretary. I remember watching Obama's Energy Secretary on CSPAN in '09 (Dr Steven Chu, a Nobel Prize winning Cal guy w resume as long as your arm) and thinking "this guy really knows his shit!" Too bad nobody listened.
