Yes, at 68, I've learned that increasing my workout from 3 to 7 hrs/week has solved almost all my problems. You don't hear about this much, as there is a giant med and diet industry that preys upon those who don't like all that exercise. But people like Jack LaLanne were saying it all along (and most of us didn't listen...)
I take vitamins and occasional Ibuprofen, but exercise allows me to sleep better also. Thanks for the article!
