Yes, many of these things do lend themselves to practical joking. I'm not proud of this, but as a high school senior I once let loose a "lighter than air machine" over one of our football games (lit candles placed in straws underneath a plastic cleaner bag that became airborne and looked eerie from a distance). The giveaway? It had a note attached that said "take me to your leader".
